Company Web Site and Extranet System
We developed this system to allow Kleiner Perkins to easily update the content of their public site, as well as the content of their extranet. It also offered an extensive array of private features/functionality to their limited partners, portfolio companies and staff.

- Web-based administrative interface allowing authorized KPCB staff to:
- add/edit portfolio companies, news stories, and other public site content
- maintain database of contacts/extranet users and permissions
- easily create special event mini-sites featuring online registration
- access lists of event registrants
- post private information and articles for extranet users to access
- create and maintain ad hoc email lists based upon various extranet user criteria (e.g registrants for a given event, investors in a given fund, contacts at a given company, etc.) and send emails to these lists via web-based forms
- export contact information from the database into a custom-built application that automatically generates org charts (in PowerPoint format) based upon various user-customizable criteria
